Greetings! I have studied a multitude of counseling approaches for individuals, marriage, and family systems. With over 15 years as a mental health provider, I understand the importance of destigmatizing mental health and embodying social justice practice by serving marginalized communities and families. Utilizing a collaborative, person centered treatment approach, I focus on developing healthy coping skills and providing psychoeducation on your personal difficulties. Additionally, I believe in creating a warm and attuned environment where you feel heard, accepted, and valued. With a professional background in dance, I believe the body is a tool that can inform the mind and spirit. I practice with an eclectic approach to therapy integrating mindfulness, somatic awareness, neuroscience, expressive arts and family systems, treating each client holistically and to their specific mental health needs. I have experience in treating disorders related to trauma, stress, anxiety, and depression. I am passionate about working with you, regardless of your background, sexual orientation, or religious affiliation. Life doesn’t have to feel so challenging; you are not alone in this. Let’s connect, dialogue, and start your journey to healing. You deserve it, you are worthy.
